Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement to remove an existing concrete dam structure and contaminated soil, restore the natural stream and undertake associated site restoration at the AAFC, St. John’s Research and Development Centre (RDC). PSPC is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required to prepare construction documents for this work. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Municipal discipline for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador are: Stantec, R.V. Anderson Associates Ltd, CIMA+, Wood Canada Ltd., Dillon Consulting, CBCL Ltd., and Meridian Engineering Inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S., B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
