Reference number : 1759137 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 16 The Abandoned Mining Sites Management Service (SGSMA) is responsible for the restoration of mining sites that are under the responsibility of the State. The SGSMA must, in particular, ensure that the infrastructures present on these mining sites do not present any risks for the safety of the population and the environment. The SGSMA requires the services of a contractor to carry out stabilization work on former logging sites and the demolition of concrete remains at the former Preissac-Molybdenite mining site. The site includes a mining tailings accumulation area, a waste rock pile as well as a burning site (burning area). This also has a sector containing old underground construction sites, some of which are considered potentially unstable and which must be secured during this mandate. The filling method chosen consists of drilling boreholes (or chimneys) in order to pour in a granular backfill composed of crushed mining waste rock coming from the waste rock pile, additives and water, as well as granular materials coming from a borrow pit if necessary. The contractor must have been officially invited by the Department to participate in the second stage of this call for tenders and submit a bid.
