Reference Number 0000329317 Platte River seeks a contractor to design, manufacture, remove and install a 480 VAC switchgear located at its Soldier Canyon Pump Station. The removal of the old switchgear and installation of the new switchgear will need to be performed by the contractor or subcontracted out. Platte River will arrange an outage for the pre-bid meeting to take place so contractors can take the necessary measurements to design and manufacture the new 480 VAC switchgear. Once the contract has been awarded, another outage will be scheduled for the contractor to review its design. The delivery of the new 480 VAC switchgear to the Soldier Canyon Pump Station site would ideally be no later than November 6, 2023. A final outage will be scheduled for the removal and installation of the 480 VAC switchgear and the Work would ideally be complete and in service by December 31, 2023. If this schedule is not a realistic timeframe for vendors, Platte River will accept the review of proposed alternate delivery date and Work completion dates provided with proposals.
