Site Directions: The North Clackamas County Water Commission (NCCWC) water treatment plant is located approximately 3 miles northwest of Oregon City, Oregon. ENGINEER'S PROJECT ESTIMATE: The engineer's estimate for the project is $1,700,000. This estimate is based on planning level (+/- 10%) cost figures. Question Deadline 09/15/2023 All questions, requests for clarification, requests for change, requests for substitution and any solicitation protests must be sent (in writing) to: Joe Hepburn at jhepburn@sunrisewater.com or via mail at 10602 SE 129 th Avenue, Happy Valley, Oregon 97086. Any such requests must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to bid. Responses will be returned (via e-mail only) within seventy-two (72) hours of bid closing. The North Clackamas County Water Commission (NCCWC) seeks sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the re-sanding of filter bed No. 2 and 4 located at the NCCWC treatment plant located at 14275 S. Clackamas River Dr., Oregon City, OR 97045. The project is designed to raise the filter bed depth back to the design depth and to a minimum of 36-inches. It is anticipated that this project will require approximately 5,400-tons of new filter sand. As a part owner in the NCCWC, Sunrise looks to provide bid services and construction administration assistance for the project.
