The U.S. Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, is soliciting proposals on a Women Owned Small Business set aside basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. Description of Work: Replace the existing grouted riprap streambank structure on Oak creek adjacent to the campground with a stepped, concrete wall extending into the bed of the stream. This project would also improve the campground access road by stabilizing the low-water crossing to prevent undercutting. This project is necessitated by repeated failures of portions of the existing riprap structure and undermining of the existing low-water crossing. Detailed description of work is outlined in RFP Attachment 1: Statement of Work Type of Procurement: A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded, requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15.305 Proposal Evaluation as supplemented by information in this solicitation.
