OPWDD is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to provide sidewalk leveling and repairs to the sidewalks at 114 Wilber Lane for Sunmount DDSO. Please see scope for details. OPWDD intends to award the proposal to the most responsible and responsive business that provides the lowest cost. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 1 year County(ies): All NYS counties Location: 114 Wilber Lane Speculator, NY 12164 Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Sidewalk leveling and repair. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid and Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of sidewalk leveling and repair, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent or his/her representative A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2023, for exact measurements of the jobsite.
