* Award subject to final approval. The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, obtaining permits and approvals, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of approximately 95 square meters of roadway widening, the supply and installation of approximately 200 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 10 square meters of sidewalk replacement, 10 lineal metres of PVC storm sewer, precast concrete structures (750mm & 1050mm Diameter), 95 tonnes of hand placed asphalt concrete, and site restoration. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person at 274 Sydney Street, Saint John, NB and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. The Town of Grand Bay - Westfield reserved the right to reject any and all Tenders and also reserves the right to no necessarily accept the lowest Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. This project is cost shared by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Province of New Brunswick under the Designated Highway Program and the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield.
