Reference Number 0000329265 Question Acceptance Deadline 09/27/2023 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Anticipated Notice of Award November 17th 2023 5:00pm Gilpin County is seeking to replace the public gallery seating in the Gilpin County Courthouse BOCC meeting room to accommodate staff and members of the public. Firms with experience in providing, replacing, and recycling/reselling commercial furniture will be best suited for this project. Knowledge and experience surrounding commercial furniture replacement options will best serve firms for successful completion of this project. The qualified Firm is to provide all the necessary services, labor, equipment, and supplies required for the satisfactory completion as described in this RFP. Material Need Gilpin County has identified the need for a minimum of 40 chairs with a mix of chairs with arm rests, armless chairs, and Bariatric chairs. Chairs will need to be of commercial grade with weight ratings and warranties provided. Chairs will need to be of make/models which have options for light-colored wood frame, with available options for dark red vinyl upholstery. Firms are to provide at least 3 options of manufacture and model series, that can fulfill the options listed in material need, and the associated price per chair. Gilpin County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for failure to meet the requirements herein, to waive any technicalities, and to select the proposal which, in the Countys sole judgment, best meets the requirements of the project
