VAAR 836.204(f)(2)I Disclosure of the of construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 237310 with a size standard of $45M IAW established public law, all offerers are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM) database (SAM.gov) at the time of award. Additionally all offerers are required to be registered in Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT). Deadline 09/14/2023 at 3:00 PM ET The Government affords no guarantee that questions (RFI's)submitted after the aforementioned date and time will be answered. No phone calls please. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work shall be conducted during normal business hours 8a-4:30p.
