Electrical Contract for new baseball field lighting at the Veterans Memorial Ballpark in Mandan, North Dakota as described in the Contract Documents as prepared by Prairie Engineering, P.C., Bismarck, North Dakota, Engineer. Electrical work will consist of removing existing pole structures, luminaires and associated transformers, retrofitting two existing metal sports lighting poles with new LED luminaires, and providing four new sports lighting poles with LED luminaires. The system will provide for wireless on/off control of the system. One additional site pole with three luminaire heads will also be provided for security lighting. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid be accepted and the Contract awarded to the Principal, the Principal, within ten days after notice of award, will execute and effect a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Principal's Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing board.
