These meetings will be held at their respective addresses, listed above. The purpose of these meetings is to answer questions and provide a tour of the project sites. The OWNER and OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE will be available to assist the BIDDERS. BIDDERS needing special services to fully participate in the meetings shall contact the OWNER at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085. The WORK under this contract shall commence immediately after receiving Notice of Award of Contract from the OWNER and must be completed within 60 calendar days after the Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County of Michigan or a satisfactory BID bond executed by the BIDDER and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the BID shall be submitted with each WORK PACKAGE BID over $100,000.
