Harney ESD is soliciting proposals from offerors for the removal of the current flooring (carpeting, laminate, vinyl) in the Harney ESD building, and installation of new flooring and baseboard trim. Qualification statements and proposals for consideration must be licensed and bonded. All equipment, materials, labor, warranties, and insurance are the responsibility of the contractor. For square footage of the building please contact Katie Hill at 541-573-2122. State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon shall be utilized for all labor involved in this contract, including Wage Rates and Certification of payroll as required by the Bureau of Labor and Industries, in the event that the cost of the project exceeds $50,000. Minority owned, women-owned, and emerging Small Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit their proposal in response to this solicitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for any award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement. Harney ESD reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements, to cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
