Demolition of the Temporary Hold Room, Landside Toilet Rooms, and Rental Car Area. Renovation of the General Aviation/fixed Base Operator Terminal. Renovation of the Central Vestibule and Baggage Claim Areas. Construction of a Multipurpose Space in the Existing Rental Car Area. Construction of Electrical and Idf Rooms. Installation of Security and Access Control Infrastructure. Installation of Interior and Exterior Signage and Finishes. Landscape Improvements and Plantings. Painting of Water Tower Exterior. Installation of a Mast Light Adjacent to the General Aviation Apron. DBE / EEO REQUIREMENTS: The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal is 4.0%.
