Description: The City of Gardner is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the purpose of installing a new PVC C-900 8" waterline on Kane Street via boring approximately 1400 linear feet, and 200 linear feet of PVC C-900 6" down South Elm Street. This work also includes the replacement of QTY: (9) residential service lines, QTY: (3) fire hydrants, QTY: (1) 8" x 8" x 6" Tee connecting to South Elm Street, QTY: (1) 12" x 8" connection reducer, and all other items required to provide a working water system on Kane Street and S Elm Street. Any Bid received after the designated closing time will be returned to Bidder unopened. No oral, telegraphic, facsimile or telephonic Bids or Bid alterations or corrections will be considered.
