**As of October 24, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Painting the interior of the building in the areas marked in the attached documents. Repair walls as needed to provide a smooth surface for new paint. Phasing & sequencing will be required to be determined upon award of the bid to accommodate the ongoing use of the facility during the school year. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said project in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal, the General Conditions, and the Special Conditions of the Contract, the Specifications and Contract Documents therefore as prepared for the Painting at Family Care Center project. Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on page P-6, Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, for the Athens Boonesboro Welcome Sign, Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky. Notice is hereby given by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government that bids will be received electronically for Painting at Family Care Center.
