Witty Park Kayak Launch Improvements The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 306 sf of 6' wide x 4" thick concrete sidewalk, 4.1 cy of reinforced concrete for 6'x6' launch ramp landing, 2 each guide piles for floating launch dock, 105 sy of 8" thick concrete for loading/unloading drive area, restoration, and other necessary appurtenances. The opinion of the probable cost of construction is $65,000. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Elmore, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. The Village of Elmore, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, and to determine the lowest and best bidder. completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before November 17, 2023.
