The project shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision; and performing all work necessary to repair approximately 1,650 linear feet of 15-inch and 12-inch diameter extra strength VCP sewer main and appurtenances including drop manholes, sewer chimneys, cleanout, re-establishing connections of all existing sewer service laterals to new sewer main, asphalt pavement and repair of PCC sidewalk, and curb and gutter in the City of Alhambra. The City will deduct five percent (5%) retention from all progress payments Pre-Bid Inquiries shall be received in written form by the City contact no later than 4:00 pm, on September 14, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of Alhambra for an amount no less than ten (10) percent of the amount bid.
