The scope of work for this project will occur in 2 parts. Part 1, the equipment specified and the required installation materials will be ordered and delivered to Facilities Management. Part 2, the equipment and installation materials will be picked up at 2725 S Avenue B, Yuma, AZ. Then, the contractor will begin the installation of equipment and material at the corresponding location. The equipment should be connected to the network. Yuma County will ensure the network equipment is available. In general, the contractor will install the specified equipment in the location marked on the map and will specify other materials required for the installation. Each location may be awarded separately. Please review the equipment list and map provided for each location. Building Addresses: 2351 W. 26th Street, Yuma, AZ 3911 S. Pico Avenue, Yuma, AZ 10260 Dome Street, Wellton, AZ Installation Notes: 1. All network patch cables and CAT6 runs will be green in color. Provide patch panel if needed. 2. Remove related unused equipment and wires. 3. Install and commission devices as per manufacturer recommendation. 4. Work with county personnel to coordinate database setup. 5. Integrate with exiting VALERUS system as per manufacturer's guide. 6. Document and label panel. 7. Document and log: equipment, systems, MAC address, IP address, users, and passwords. Contractors are instructed to not make any unscheduled site visits without prior approval of the Project Owner. An unscheduled site visit may result in the rejection of your company's bid.
