Hager Creek Levee Improvements and West 81st Street Reconstruction The purpose of this bid is to secure a Construction contract for the placement of fill and sodding on the existing levee system, construction of 60 feet of 2- 6'x3' Reinforced Concrete Box culvert and headwalls under West 81st Street, and the reconstruction of approximately 770 feet of West 81st Street All questions and substitution requests for this bid must be directed via email to the Tulsa County Procurement Department at bidquestions@tulsacounty.org no later than 5:00 PM CST September 22, 2023. Bids over $50,000.00 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond approved by the County in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for the execution of the above-state work, and in the event of failure to do so, there shall be paid to the County the sum of five percent (5%) of said bid as liquidated damages. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid
