Price for storage shed shall be all inclusive of all costs including delivery and installation at the Louisiana Tech University site located at the Thomas Assembly Center, 1650 West Alabama Ave., Ruston, LA. Bidders are responsible for visiting the site and verifying field conditions. Building must be new and free of defect - All colors to be selected from manufacturer standard color palettes - All materials must have a minimum 10 year warranty against defects and rust - Minimum interior area of 640 square feet (16' x 40') - Minimum wall height of 7 feet - No windows - Minimum 72 inch door - 29 Gauge metal roof -16 Inch on center 2x4 studs - Floor joist 16 inch on center 2x6 - Ceiling rafters 24 inch on center 2x6 - Siding shall be 5/8 inch tongue and groove plywood sheathing - Buildings shall be installed on-site per manufacturer's specification but must be 2 cinder blocks high. Should installation require additional block, installer must provide additional blocks at no additional cost. Structure must be level. - Door shall be deadbolt locking and blade handle
