General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Surety Bond 5 % Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a bid security in a penal sum approximately equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The security may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City of Hutto. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be between $13,000,000 and $17,000,000.
