General construction work includes but is not limited to the following: all necessary permits, approvals, fees, temporary barricades, barriers, and signage at site (both above and below street level). The work required by the following specifications: Division 2 - Existing Conditions, Division 3 - Concrete, Division 5 - Metals, Division 7 - Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 8 - Openings, Division 9 - Finishes, Division 22 - Plumbing, Division 31 - Earthwork, Division 32 - Exterior Improvements, Division 33 - Utilities. Each bid submitted shall remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time.
