Sawcutting and removal of 14,850 sf of parking lot paving and aggregate base and one parking lot light with foundation. 2. Excavation and construction of8,640 sf of vegetated bioswales. 3. Installation of 575 lineal feet of 6 underdrain and 5 precast outlet structures. 4. Outlet pipe bulkheading and adjustment of rim grades on 4 existing catch basins. 5. Rerouting of 365 lineal feet of 2 electrical conduit and installation of8 new fiberglass hand holes. 6. Replacement of 40 lineal feet of 24 HDPE storm sewer pipe and associated steel casing 7. Construction of 150 lineal feet of poured concrete storm water containment wall with split face form pattern. 8. Removal and replacement of540 square feet of8 thick concrete pad and aggregate base 9. 1-1/2 surface course grind and overlay of 13,440 square yards of existing asphalt parking lot and drive pavement. 10. Parking lot and drive pavement markings and all disturbed traffic loops restored in-kind. 11. Topsoil and sod placement on 6,235 sfofvegetative islands. 12.
