The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has a requirement for the Corps Island Bank Stabilization Construction Project, Upper Mississippi River Basin Pool 3, near Lock and Dam 3, Red Wing, Minnesota and Diamond Bluff, Wisconsin. Corps Island is a temporary dredge material storage island. The dredged material is generated from the Mississippi River navigation channel and is mostly sand. To stabilize the island, a Contractor will need to construct a sand berm, sand bench, and riprap vanes as specified in the specifications and plans provided herein. This project is solicited in accordance with FAR 14 - Sealed Bidding procedures with the intention of awarding a single firm-fixed price contract. The Invitation for Bid solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business.
