Written questions must be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com by August 30, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. (EDT). Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the asbestos abatement, building demolition, clearing as needed, disconnect and cap utilities, walkway removal, driveway removal, footer and foundation removal, fence removal, miscellaneous item removal indicated on drawings, tree removal as indicated on drawings, disposal of material, backfilling of any voids below finish grade, landscape rake, and establishing a cuttable lawn area as described in the technical specifications and environmental reports. A certified check, cashier's check or money order, drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, and made payable to Cleveland Metro parks, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, its performance properly secured and shall be in a form the same or similar to the form included in the bid documents. The successful bidder shall be required to file, at the time a contract is entered into, a Performance and Labor and Materialman Bond written on an acceptable surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio and in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The successful bidder and any subcontractors or sub-subcontractors shall comply with Ohio Revised Code regarding prevailing wage Cleveland Metro parks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and parts of any and all bids and may waive technicalities, which are not substantive components of the bid as determined solely by Cleveland Metro parks. The estimate of cost is $600,000. Written questions must be submitted by August 30, 2023 by 5:00 p.m
