Project Manager brian.foster@bgcons.com The City of Emporia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 24th Ave. and Prairie Street Waterline Improvements (Water Treatment Plant to 24th Ave & Prairie Street to 12th Ave) Project No. WM2201, KDHE Project No. KPWSLF#3070 The successful bidder shall secure the right of entry to the project site for representatives of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, so they may have access to the work whenever it is in preparation or progress and also to any books, documents, papers and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to that specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. Proper facilities and safe conditions must be provided for access and inspections, including advice regarding site safety procedures and programs to allow compliance.
