As of October 2, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Install approximately 6,100 lineal feet of cured-in-place-pipe in sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch in diameter. Work also includes testing, one point repair, bypass pumping, traffic control and site restoration. All work shall comply with OSHA requirements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, 2750 W. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed to Jennifer Boyer. Accompanying this bid is a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Illinois complying with the requirements of the Contract Documents, payable to the City of Mason City in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
