The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes: Installation of (1) one mechanically cleaned wastewater screen and one effluent pump inclusive of installation of controls and electrical equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for tying new screen into existing headworks system and installing an effluent pump inclusive of electrical equipment from the effluent weir box to the new screen for wash water. Bidders, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other interested parties are encouraged to attend. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form (separate Bid package). Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a payment Bond and performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who, at the time of submitting a Bid, was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of NRS or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidders license. KDOT PROJECT NO. 46 N-0740-01 CARS PROJECT NO. 320001383 The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be on or after November 21, 2023 The undersigned further agrees to complete all restoration work and punch list items by November 14, 2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
