The storm drain is in an easement on Michelle between 9 Michelle and 11 Michelle, and on Patricia between 10 Patricia and 12 Patricia. This section of storm drain carries storm water from Michelle to Patricia. Then another section of drain, not in the scope of this project, carries storm water from Patricia eastward, eventually emptying into Patricia Canal.
