This project includes but is not limited to the following: o Spot Tuckpointing of brick exterior and repair of limestone facade in all needed areas of deterioration. o Power man lift and/or roof mounted swing hoist to reach the entire brick, steel and limestone facade areas of the building. o Power wash and/or chemical cleaning of entire building facade. o Protection of surrounding areas and materials from any harsh chemicals and/or debris used during the painting, cleaning and/or tuckpointing process. o Color matching of new mortar cement and caulking with existing mortar and caulk joints. o Removal of oxidation on exterior steel facade panels. o Priming and painting of exterior steel panels. o Clean up of all materials and debris.
