The Minnesota Office of IT Services (MNIT is requesting bids from vendors interested in providing compliant Data Network Cabling (Structured Cabling System) for Cisco wireless access points. Cabling and all associated equipment must be CAT6 Compliant. Cabling will be required to provide data to access points. Vendor will provide parts, materials, installation, and testing. A cabling map for each site is included in this Request for Bid. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since October 1, 2018, for construction of campus level fiber deployment and network cabling deployment. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $150,000 or greater. Question Deadline 09/08/2023 at 12:00 PM CT The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2023. a. Arrive at 7:30 AM for processing and check in. b. Site walkthrough 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM c. Check out 3:00 - 3:30 PM. d. Contractors must attend the entire walkthrough of the pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid.
