The Contractor shall provide all management, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to remove, treat and discharge/transport the contracted amount of PFOS/PFOA concentrated wastewater from Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) Industrial Wastewater Underground Storage Tank (UST) located on east side of Building 210, PSFB, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The contracted contents of industrial wastewater will be removed and treated onsite to regulatory requirements, and then discharged back into the CSU Sanitary Sewer system. Also, after all wastewater has been removed then the secondary service will include cleaning/treating the interior of the UST.
