The Contractor shall provide all management, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to remove, treat and discharge/transport the contracted amount of PFOS/PFOA concentrated wastewater from Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) Industrial Wastewater Underground Storage Tank (UST) located on east side of Building 210, PSFB, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The contracted contents of industrial wastewater will be removed and treated onsite to regulatory requirements, and then discharged back into the CSU Sanitary Sewer system. Also, after all wastewater has been removed then the secondary service will include cleaning/treating the interior of the UST. SUBJECT: Sources Sought Amendment 1 - B210 Removal and Treatment of PFOS-PFOA Industrial Wastewater, and Cleanout of Industrial Underground Storage Tank (UST) - Peterson SFB, CO THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 21st Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources to remove, treat and discharge/transport of PFOS/PFOA concentrated wastewater from Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) Industrial Wastewater Underground Storage Tank (UST) at building 210. It has yet to be determined how this requirement will be solicited. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code will be 562910, Remediation Services. The size standard is $25,000,000.00. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size); business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Business or small business) and provide the company's cage code and Unique Entity ID. Please accompany your submission with answers to the questions below: * Are you capable of providing the services outline in the attached Performance Work Statement. * Would you recommend a different NAICS. * Identify barriers, if any. * Would your company provide a quote for this requirement. If you intended on submitting a quote, how much time do you need to prepare a quote. * Provide any additional questions or comments.
