Scope of Services The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful Bidder (Contractor) to provide for the Construction Neptune Road Widening from Partin Settlement to South of Kings Crest Road. The Neptune Road reconstruction project is with Osceola County. This project will reconstruct Neptune Road (County Road 525) from Partin Settlement Road to south of Kings Crest Road from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway for a total length of 1.419 miles. Contractor Pre-Qualification: The Contractor (Prime) shall be Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Prequalified in the following Work Class Types 7. Drainage 10. Flexible Paving ,Grading ,Hot Plant-Mixed Bitum Courses. Question End Date 9/27/2023 12:00 PM Bid Bond. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equaling 5% of the total bid. The bid security may be submitted in the form of a standard form bid bond from a surety licensed to do business in Florida and with a Bests or equivalent rating of A+ or more, or by a certified check, or a cashiers check. Payment and Performance Bonds: The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and payment bond, equaling one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount
