The City will review all proposals and select a contractor to enter into a mutual agreement for the Insulation Project of the Support Services Building for the Mechanic's Shop Area at the Operations Service Center (OSC) which is approximately 3000 square feet. Scope of Work and Project Location Installation: Install Rmax or equivalent 3.0" R value 20.3 Install Rmax insulation all throughout the mechanic shop secure all rigid insulation with L channel brackets, tape all sims with 3m foil tape metal roof ceiling, Approximately 3000 sq ft. Materials: Rmax thermasheath 3.0 or equivalent glue and sim tape fastening screws bracket straps to hold down insulation L channel bracket to support rigid insulation. Pad and Protection: Contractor needs to cover the work area, tools and vehicles with plastic and section off the identified area if needed. Remove and dispose of all trash on a daily basis. Contractor is responsible for hauling trash off-site each day
