Description: The Village of Northbrook is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a new fiberglass door with a woodgrain look and arched door frame, incorporating a 1" insulated arched glass, simulated wood panels at the lower portion of the door and appropriate hardware at the Village of Northbrook Village Hall at 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook, Illinois. The scope of work includes the installation of a door with a continuous hinge, reuse of the existing ADA operator, creation of a new door frame, and replacement of the threshold. The door opening dimensions are approximately 74" by 100". 1. Removal of Existing Door and Frame: Carefully remove the existing door, frame, and threshold while minimizing any damage to the surrounding structure. 2.
