***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN IDAHO*** A. This is a solicitation for Project # BDO Electrical Upgrade, Boise District Office, Boise Idaho. B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to modernize emergency lighting and exit signs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on 28 August 2023, 11:30 AM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. The period of performance for this project is 120 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210, size standard of $19.0 million. H.
