DEA/EPIC BLDG 11339 Ssg Sims, Ft. Bliss, TX 1) Restore/Upgrade all irrigation systems around the building to its full potential. 2) Change/install new sprinkler heads and line as necessary in Front lawn/grass areas to get proper coverage all the way to the fence line. Area is approximately 11,500 SF. 3) Convert current rotor sprinkler/spray head system to drip system to all shrubs and trees on Front/East, Front/West, East, Back/East of Building approximately 23,000 SF area to make sure that each shrub/tree is receiving water. 4) Run new line necessary to install emitters to the proper root areas of all shrubs and trees to Front/West side of bldg where system is not working, and shrubs are currently being hand watered. Area is approximately 7,500 SF. 5) Install new line and emitters to all parking lot shrubs to have a 1:1 ratio-approximately 650 LF. 6) Replace Backflow and timer controls that are not working in the inner garden area to allow for automatic watering. 7) Install a completely new irrigation system to the areas where there are no water lines (Front/West side of bldg, all of West side of bldg, Back/West side of bldg) approximately 23,500 SF area. 8) Restore weed barrier and rocks where new irrigation lines will be installed. 9) Convert current rotor sprinkler/spray head nozzles at Back/East area of bldg to bubblers/drip emitters where it is needed to ensure proper watering to all plants- approximately 10,000 SF area. 10) Repair electrical wiring to back building station to ensure watering of trees lining Back/East side of rear parking lot. 11) Replace 10 irrigation valves that are not opening correctly. 12) Ensure entire system is restored and upgraded for proper watering of the entire lawn, all shrubs, and all trees. 13) Provide As-Built Plans of new installations.
