Reference Number 0000333261 The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified proposals for the Construction of a new 17,079 square-foot, one-story fire station on a 7.5-acre site currently owned by the County to include all site work, labor, equipment, and materials as indicated in the Construction Documents, Plans, and Specifications Complete. This project is a re-bid. The previous Contract Documents (plans and specifications and all previous Addenda) are hereby applicable to the re-bid. Project Location: 600 Douglas Hill Rd., Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Question Deadline 11/02/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Bidders' Questions: Bidder questions will be received until 4:00 PM on 11/2/2023, after which, no questions will be received. Bidder questions will be answered by 5:00 PM on 11/06/2023. Liquidated Damages: If the Contractor neglects, fails or refuses to achieve Substantial Completion of the work by not later than 12:00 AM (Midnight) on the date established in the Contract, the Contractor shall pay to the Owner Liquidated Damages in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day for each and every day that the Contractor is in default after the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. *Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
