Deadline for Submitting Written Questions August 10, 2023 by 4:00 pm AKDT Should any proposer have questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing to the Kodiak Police Department via email and received by no later than 4:00 pm on August 9, 2023 in order that they may be answered. All questions and answers will be provided to each potential proposer. The sole point of contact for this proposal is the Police Chief. Chief Timothy Putney 2160 Mill Bay Road Kodiak, AK 99615 (907) 486-8000 tputney@city.kodiak.ak.us The City is not obligated to respond to questions or requests for clarifications or interpretations not received by the stated deadline. The proposer shall state the best guaranteed delivery time for all items specified in this procurement document. The installation site is the Kodiak Police Department located at 2160 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615. After an award has been made, and an order placed for the equipment, the supplier will be required to guarantee delivery date which will be mutually agreed upon with the City. The project deadline is May 1, 2024.
