Construction of new log fence built to Ministry specifications (attached); approximate distance of 12,000 meters. Four sections of approximately 1400, 1700, 4000 and 4500 metres each. Map is attached. Bar way gates must be installed on all roads and trails, or as designated by a Ministry Official or Ministry Representative and/or at intervals not greater than 800 meters ( 1/2 mile) apart. The Contractor must create a 5-meter wide right-of-way with the quad access to the outside, roads can act as quad access. The Ministry must be given notice of commencement and notice of completion, which is in the contract document. The Ministry will inspect the fence after notice of commencement is provided. The range tenure holders bordering the project agree to assume responsibility for maintenance of the fences after completion. Fences will be inspected upon completion to ensure Ministry specifications are met. If fences require remediation, the Contractor must complete work on fences to meet Ministry specifications. Estimated Contract Duration 6 Question Deadline 09/15/2023 at 2:00 PM PT In addition to any other reservation of rights set out in the RFP, the Province reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the RFP at any time prior to the Closing Date and Time, including the right to cancel the RFP at any time prior to entering into a Contract with a Proponent at any time, to reject any or all Proposals.
