The proposed Work includes preparation of a future playground site by constructing granular pads for; play areas, benches, a court and a shelter area. This work will include excavation and placement of common fill and imported granular fill materials, installation of concrete culverts, pvc draintile pipe, placement of geotextile fabric, drainage rock, rip rap and topsoil as well as some ditching work. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.).
