The scope of work entails the plowing and/or removal of snow and/or hardpack from all City streets and City facilities (listed in attachment A and Attachment B) pursuant to the order and instructions in Attachment B on an as requested basis. It is the Contractor's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the City's streets, alleys, city facilities and parking lots and this scope of the work in preparation of their proposal. Point of Contact is the Director of City Services, rwallace@northpolealaska.org or 907-488-8593 A current State of Alaska Business License must be submitted with the proposal. The Contractor must submit a City of North Pole Business License within ten (10) business days of the Notice of Intent to Award. No contract will not be awarded without prior the submission of a City of North Pole Business License.
