A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Musselshell Judith Rural Water System Phase 2C The project consists of a single bid schedule which includes: the installation/extension of a new water distribution system and appurtenant items, the installation of a PRV vault to control pressure a lower elevations of the system, the installation of two flow control valve (FCV) vaults to control pressure/flow into two separate tanks, installation of a buried tank system, connecting new customers to the water distribution system, extension of the controls network (including dedicated fiber communications network), and temporary blind flange where the next phase of work will continue from. the Drawings and Project Manual may also be examined at the following locations: Montana Plans Exchanges Idaho AGC Spokane Regional Plan Center Mountainlands Area Plan Room Dickinson Builders Exchange Bismarck-Mandan Builders Exchange Williston Plan Exchange Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to Central Montana Regional Water Authority, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Goals for minority participation in each trade 3.3% Goals for female participation ineach trade 6.9% The Work will be substantially complete within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 365 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Notice to Proceed must be issued by October 23, 2023. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 3:00 pm local time on August 25th , 2023. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the PreBid conference.
