ID BPM039361 St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting price quotes from qualified vendors for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required to perform annual fuel oil tank inspection and testing at various sites. Term: 90 days after receipt of order, not to exceed $49,999.00 Work Completion: 90 days from the issuance date of the Purchase Order Refer all questions with regard to this RFQ in writing to mburroughs@smcps.org no later than Monday, August 28, 2023 by 2:00 pm. All sites must be completed within 90 days from the date the Purchase Order is issued. Upon completion of the inspection, a complete report detailing repairs that are required and repair recommendations will be left on the premises. These will be identified as either a functional or safety issue. For each deficiency found, vendor will provide a quote to correct the deficiency within 30 calendar days. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with SMCPS having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to cancel the contract, at its discretion, for any reason.
