Kaysville City is soliciting competitive requests for proposals to provide engineering and design services for a Memorial Garden Area in the Kaysville Cemetery (north side of Cemetery office), located at 425 E Crestwood Road. Approximately .42 of undeveloped acres. The anticipated project includes all engineering and design work associated with new construction. Kaysville Parks and Recreation desires to engage in the design and engineering services for a new Memorial and Cremation area in the City Cemetery. The Proposer will be required to provide sufficient documentation to define the items being provided in this scope of work. A. The intent of the RFP is to select a firm to engage in the design and engineering of a Memorial Garden Area. B. Completion of Design/Engineering Services contract by April 15, 2024. Any requests for information or clarification must be submitted to Cole R. Stephens at cstephens@kaysville.gov or 801- 497-7056 before August 30, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. There will not be a required pre-submittal meeting for this request; however, August 24 at 1pm, City staff will be on site for any questions.
