General: The City of Greer is requesting bids from experienced General Contractors for demolition of one (1) structure. All information for square footage, utilities, etc. is available on the Structure 1 Information sheets attached. This property is exempt from abatement. Demolition Requirements: Awarded contractor will be required to disconnect public utilities, demolish structure and clean up all debris on the property. Awarded contractor must obtain demolition permits from the City of Greer Building & Development Standards Department. The demolition permit includes plumbing work. Construction hours must adhere to 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The awarded contractor is responsible for all dust and traffic control measures. All debris are to be hauled to an approved landfill and trip tickets must be provided to the City. Interested parties shall propose a lump sum for this work using the attached Bid Sheet for your submittal. The proposed lump sum shall be inclusive of all labor, material, equipment, overhead, permits and licenses, abatement, and profit attributable to the scope of work.
