This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Strathcona County (the "County") to invited respondents to submit quotations for Janitorial Services and Supplies for Group 2, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The County is seeking quotations from the respondents that were successfully pre-qualified in Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) #21.0136 Janitorial Services for Various Locations. The County will only accept quotations from the pre-qualified respondents. This RFQ is the second of three (3) and is for the provision of janitorial services and supplies at fifteen (15) buildings ("Group 2") throughout the County. Pre-qualified and short-listed respondents who provide a submission to this RFQ shall be required to perform the Deliverables at all fifteen (15) buildings in Group 2. The three (3) RFQs will be staggered to allow for time between awards. It is the County's intent to award the three (3) RFQs to a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) selected respondents (a single respondent can only be awarded up to a maximum of two (2) of the RFQs). The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/01.
