***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN BOISE, IDAHO*** A. This is a solicitation for Project # BDO Gate Corrective Actions, Boise District Office, Boise Idaho. B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to complete the repairs to the BDO complex gates. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on 28 August 2023, 1:30 PM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 31 August 2023 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only. E. The period of performance for this project is 120 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. The disclosure of magnitude is less than $25,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(a). G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, size standard of $45.0 million. H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project. I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished.
