Conduct an "expanded" pre-acquisition environmental site assessments in accordance with 40 CFR 312, 33 CFR 137 and ASTM Standard E1527-13 on the parcels listed in the Background Section of this Statement of Work. The overall purpose of the "expanded" pre-acquisition environmental site assessment is that the Agency needs to know the full range of "environmental issues and liabilities" associated with the parcel(s). The period of performance of this contract is from 18SEP2023 through 17SEP2024 All questions should be directed in writing to the Contract Specialist identified for this acquisition.
