The Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for the interior restoration of three Armory Buildings at the Hooper Bay Alaska Army National Guard Complex in Hooper Bay, Alaska. This ITB is intended to result in hiring a Contractor to renovate the interior of the three Alaska Army National Guard Armory buildings at Hooper Bay, Alaska in accordance with the scope of work proposed in the attached General Requirements section of this ITB. The contractor shall provide all permits, materials, labor, tools, equipment, disposal, supervision, and overhead required to complete installation and ensure safe operational condition. Questions. The apparent successful bidder must execute the said contract and bonds within fifteen calendar days, or such further time as may be allowed in writing by the Contracting Officer, after receiving notification of the acceptance of their bid.
